When John is not busy in the woodshop building things for the church, his wife

Nina is busy with the children, Christopher, Nathaniel, and Miriam making candles. Under their mother's supervision, the children make enough candles to fullfill the needs of the parish. Nina has taught the children to make candles using molds. On a good afternoon, they can make approximately 500 candles.
